Short Cut To Dignity

Grammy Award winning jazz saxophonist Kirk Whalum donates his time giving haircuts to the homeless at Manna House in Memphis, Tennessee. He believes we are all in need of kindness. When Kirk is not touring the world as jazz artist, the ordained minister takes time out each week to clean up the appearances of the local homeless and needy in his hometown of Memphis. Three times per week, the Manna House provides showers and clean clothes for people living on the street. Kirk Whalum gives them, a short cut to dignity.
