Sometimes I just like to take a picture of someone just because it strikes me. Everyone has a story, some are just better than others. When you work in a newsroom, you often have to find a news peg, a hook, a reason to sell the idea that you have. For many years I heard, "why should we do it now?" I understand that. However, sometimes readers miss out on some of the awesome things photographers capture because of space or random new judgement.
