ARTIST'S RECEPTION Sunday Nov. 5th, 2017 from 3-5pm~
Local art sale and photojournalism exhibit by Memphis Photojournalist Karen Pulfer Focht "Somewhere In Time" ~ opens at Gallery Ten Ninety-One inside WKNO Studios in Cordova. Exhibit runs Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Nov 1-28th, 2017. Wine and cheese, kid friendly, with an appearance by members of the Memphis Ukulele Flash Mob! (Bring your uke and play along!)

This photojournalism exhibit is "all about you"  as it highlights the people of Memphis, the exhibit also includes several documentary images of several Memphis music legends.

Karen spent 25 years as an award-winning photojournalist in Memphis at the Commercial Appeal. She has photographed many album covers; her photos are featured in several books. She is currently self employed and she continues her work as a photojournalist with a wide range of clients locally, nationally and internationally.

Karen was recognized as one of the worlds top contemporary photographers by both Magnum and LensCulture in 2017.

For those who want to do some early Christmas shopping, Karen's popular local art, note cards, coasters and ornaments will be on sale. A portion of the proceeds from any art sales will benefit WKNO, the public TV and radio station in Memphis.
